As a talent development professional, Veronica Davis strongly believes that employees are an organization's greatest asset. The key to fostering a healthy and highly engaged culture, is to develop its talent and take them to the next level. Her focus and goal is to help organizations realize those opportunities and partner with them to establish a culture of lifelong learning.
She has worked with organizations spanning several industries including finance, publications, healthcare, ecommerce, solar energy, property management, and education. Veronica has experience in strategic human resource management with a focus on human capital strategies through talent management, organizational development and learning & development.
Veronica holds a master's degree in educational psychology with an emphasis in instructional technology from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has also earned certificates in human resources management and eLearning instructional design from the University of California, Irvine. She is also CPLP certified through the Association of Talent Development.
