MHS Emotional Intelligence Assessment (EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360)

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

The EQ-i 2.0 measures a core set of social and emotional abilities and how well we develop and use these abilities. The EQ 360, takes it one step further to get inputs from your colleagues to identify any potential areas of opportunity or blind spots to further develop and enhance your emotional intelligence.

This assessment is best utilized as a 1-on-1 session to dive deep into an individual’s results and discuss ways in which one can enhance their strengths and weaknesses. For a less formal approach, the assessment can be administered for a work group where the concentration is understanding the various dimensions and self-interpreting results, fostering open group dialogue on reactions and impacts of knowledge within the group. In either scenario, participants complete an action plan to focus on 1 or 2 areas they desired to explore further.

DiSC

DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. DiSC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others.

This can be within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or any other relationship you have in and outside of the work environment.

StrengthsFinders 2.0

Do you have the opportunity to do what you do best every day? Chances are, you don't. All too often, our natural talents go untapped. From the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths.

To help people uncover their talents, Gallup introduced an online assessment that allows you to understand your preferred way of thinking, feeling and behaving.

This discovery is best done individually or within groups or teams where management is present and looking for a deeper understanding of what makes their people motivated.
